I have pinching pain in my chest but it occurs when I am bending forward or stretching my chest. I also have pain in my shoulder which radiates till elbow but pain is only when I move my hand inside out and not while just lying. I am over weight. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol for which I am on medication. Although my cholesterol level is in control now. 5 months back I got tested myself for tmt and it was mildly positive and doctor advised me to go for coronary ct angiography, and ct angiography was normal with no calcium score and CADRADs-0. Doctor said tmt was false positive and nothing to worry. And I have acid reflux problem. I still have that pain in my pinching pain in my chest and sometime my heartbeat goes high but doctor said it was because my my anxiety and acid reflux. Kindly guide me what to do...

The chest pinching is non cardiac . It could be acidity related. Acid reflux can cause anxiety and aggravate the symptoms. Take antacids in consultation with a doctor and follow regular exercise , balanced diet.
