Why I have many pimples. Dose isotretinion a steriod. Does this medicine increase your cortisol levels . Does it cause changes in face fat desposition something call as moon face

No..not steroid.. however treatment depends on the grade..Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
