I'm 24 years old my problem is getting pimples on my testicles it was very embarrassing me and feeling very shy plz suggest me wt kind of treatment I would take and how became normal and which specialist I want to meet plz help.

This will be some other condition and not pimples.could be sebaceous cysts of scrotum.consult a doctor nearby.

you cannot get pimples on the testicles. Must be something else. Plz show to a dermatologist first
