I'm having Pimples on testicle for 3 or 2 years sometime it becomes big and sometimes it small. When i pop it white color cream came out sometime blood and white cream Can i know can this problem can cure it

Hello there. I can understand your concern.you may be thinking that they are pimples of some sort. But it could be a sebaceous cyst.
