Pimples on face
My son having pimples on faces , which automatically grows and become a wound. And as would heal another pimples grows nearby in same manner and same convert into wound ...and this process repeat itself ..
Earlier he has only 1-2 nos but now it's almost 5-6 in face ..
One pimple grows below on bottom eye lid and converted into a solid mass which felt while touching after recovery of wound.
Please suggest..

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
