Pimples on chin & cheeks

A month ago I got small pimples on both sides on my chin , they grow little get puss and dried of leaving pimples marks, sometimes they seem to reduce and then suddenly seems increasing. It already spread and reached my cheeks. Note I have dandruf Bowl movement once in 2 days. Recently started using vitamin c & turmeric face wash(also I tried not using it for 2 weeks but still getting pimples )

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
