Pimples on back and skull

Density on of the pimples on the back is not same as in skull, very less in skull skin. but same type of things present on skull and back, for more than 1 year, i never put attention to this .but recently tought i should do a checkup with docror.

It's Seborrheic dermatitis...Use Bengel gel at night for fifteen days... Review after fifteen days with photos.
