Pimples like something on neck

3 days before I observed that I had many small number of pimples type or something on One Side of my neck i. e left side, they feel itchy when touched, also I think their size and number is increasing, i have candid dusting powder anti fungal, I am attaching a photo of that, Is it enough to use that powder or should I visit a doctor? Any other suggestions?

It's not pimple .... It's folliculitis....  May be infective in origin or some metabolic disorder Send me ur complete blood count . Sugar report and some clear pictures for appropriate diagnosis.. if there is pus do a culture ... Consult me with all report.
Next Steps
any history of medication I n  near past... have u shaven that area with a uncleaned shaver apart from neck any other part affected   consult me with all reports pictures and detailed history
