My penis head has been Itchy, Dry and Red skinned from a past couple of months. There has been white cheesy formation on the inner skin and on the penis head. Recently I had pimples on my penis head due to which it becomes itchy and stressful. When I masturbate or have sex, I experience pain at the tip of my penis where the skin of the penis is attached. I also experience difficulty while rolling down the skin when my penis is erect. I have been applying Kenacort Gel on my penis head for relief from any fungal infection but its not helping. I am diabetic. Kindly help.
