Pimples and pimple spots on skin

I am 30 years old and still facing acne and pimples problem on face, biceps, bum and over head. Most of the pimples are painful and leaves marks on the skin. I have pimple marks on skins from last 4-5 years but those are not yet vanished. Please guide.
