Pimples and Itching on Testicle Skin

From last 3 4 days there have been a lot of itching on my testicle and near by parts. Due to which recently i have noticed that 8 10 pimples have popped out on my testicle skin. Mostly the itching starts at night time. Applying coconut oil but still no progress.
