Pimples leaving black spots... skin is sensitive not oily and not dry also many a times there is no yellow thing pimples like node which stay for very long and turn black

Hello, Wash your face twice a day with lukewarm water and mild soap, Apply a benzoyl peroxide-based cream to your acne to dry it up and to kill the bacteria ,tretinoin is used to treat acne but you should obtain it from dermatologist ... Consult dermatologist in the nearest hospital .
