Pimples and allergy

Hello doctor, I'm suffering from pimples and skin allergies bcz of my sensitive and oily skin. Due to high temperature I have a lot pimples on my face and it's painful too please guide me how can I get relief. About my routine I'll try to avoid totally junk food and soft drinks even I'm taking my daily meal that's it still it suffers a lot

Cap. Doxycycline (100mg): once daily after dinner for 4 weeks 1. Glocid soap: wash face twice daily for 8 weeks. Five days a week 2: Le Dore Pearl face wash: wash face twice a week 3. Morning: Nilac gel 4. Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Pimples is a condition which needs proper treatment. Home remedies do not help much. Its nice that u avoiding junk and soft drinks, but thats not sufficient. Kindly consult online for proper treatment.
