It looks like herpes zoster. Please start aciclovir or valaciclovir tablets at the earliest with due recommendation and prescription from a qualified dermatologist. See a ophthalmologist at the earliest to rule out eye involvement. Take lots of oral fluids, light nutritious diet and adequate rest.
