It looks like a stye... You can apply Ciplox eye ointment 2times and put FML eye drops 2times daily.

Boric powder dissolve in lukewarm water n dip cotton balls,then apply over eye,3-4 times a day Ciplox eye ointment for local application 2 times a day Ciplox eye drops   4 hrly
