I have small bumps since 1 month I have started using medications dermat prescribed me but still i have redness and small bumps on face and I have wedding in 20 days I am kind of worried if this will increase more .Can you please guide me

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
