Hi, I need suggestion for use of medicated cream that could help me with my mild pimple such as white heads or small pimples and acne marks. overall need a cream or gel that targets both acne marks and acne

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
