I have pimples in my vagaina since last 3 months and its not going. I thought it was due to water deficiency but seems like something else. Absolutely no rashes or irritation etc

Water deficiency does not cause pimples inside the vagina ..you are most probably suffering from some infection which you need to get diagnosed after clinical examination
