Pimple/boil on Labia in pregnancy

I am in 35th week of pregnancy and today noticed a boil (red swollen) looking like a pimple and paining also like a pimple on the outer surface of labia (which is covered by pubic hair). Please can you advice what should I do? Is it harmful during pregnancy or will it go away on its own?
