She got an pimple at eyelid today morning ! It's growing & made eye red on one side . Please suggest an eye drop for the same .

It seems you have lid infection . If it is at lid margin that is at root of eye lashes. Then use : Moxiflox eye drops 3 times Ecofresh eye drops 3 times As you have mentioned eyes are red also at the corner.

Hi .. Hot compresses Antibiotic eye drops 3 times like moxicip Ocupol eye ointment ..massage Can  take oral anti inflammatory meds If not better . Add antibiotic after visiting doctor
