Hello, can u please suggest me cream or gel for the pimples(no itching or burning) and black marks on face, kindly see the attached photo

You have acne with post acne sacrring also.. please get a consultation with Dermatologist for proper treatment.. only creams might not work for your case.. you might need oral medications also..
Meanwhile avoid scrubs, facials, occlusive creams oiling of face, avoid high sugar containing food.
Use sunprotection for prevention of pigmentation

Gel with clindamycin may help you to reduce infected acne and fir dark marks you cn try using kojic acid cream. However it is advisable to first understand your basic skin type and grade of acne. Kindly video consult for better diagnosis and management.
