I've blackheads/ whiteheads pimples all over my face and when I pop it , when becomes acne.. and the back spots remains for so long.. I'm really worried pls help

Whitehead, blackhead, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Please attach pictures dear. Black and white heads are in the first stage of acne. But if extensive you will need more extensive treatment too
