Hello doctor, i was operated fro pilonidal sinus 3 months before but some days earlier my doctor told me that i have fistula grade 4. My pilonidal sinus wound is still not healed properly small amount of Pus is still coming out from it my doctor told me that fistula is not allowing the wound to be healed. and he asked me to have another surgery.. I am confused what should i do. i don't want this disease back..
