Pilonidal sinus - small holes

Hello, Im suffering from pilonidal sinus( left side of buttocks). It's the second time I have faced this issue. I took antibiotics as per general physicians prescription. However now I see two holes  very tiny one's on the cleft line..sinus on left exactly one inch down diagonally I have these two tiny holes..it's not red just a hole..can you please let me know through homeopathi treatment these can be cured from internally and those holes can be closed. I'm very scared of surgeries and becoming anxious whenever I hear people have to undergo surgery for this I become very anxious and tend to lose my breath.please advise.thanks alot.
