Pilonidal Sinus - Pus coming out

Hello Doctor! I'm suffering from Pilonidal Sinus on my left buttock near the cleft region. Also there is a small hole on the cleft just daigonal to the sinus. From two days I have been on homeo medication to permanently cure the sinus from within and then pus started oozing out from the small hole which is on my cleft region ( not from the sinus area) from today. Is this a positive thing? Since the draining has started? Thank you!
