7 years ago I had my first occurrence with a pilonidal cyst. The doctor was able to lance it at an outpatient clinic. A year after that I had another cyst that was much larger that needed to be surgically removed. Last Sunday I noticed that I had a mild one growing. I saw the doctor immediately and got antibiotics. After a week off, can I exercise?
