Hi..I am diagnosed with pilonidal abscess...I don’t know if it has started draining..there Is a foul smell coming..has it started draining??and how much time will it take to heal?

Hello mam.... The pilonidal sinus leads to the abscess...  It might drain sometimes and might seal off within few minutes.  It's not the treatment for such a condition.  If active infection is there then a course if antibiotics should reduce it.  But to prevent the recurrence u have to get it removed completely..  The sinus I mean....  U can contact me or consult me online for any more details..
