Seen mass hanging in my anal region. It's painful. Having Hard stools. Some bleeding present. Need medication for relief. Kindly help

ur history seems like u had piles but few more answer need to be naswered before presecription , since a hanging mass may need a surgical treatment also, mass hanging outside the anus can necrose and produce gangrene. kindly share the complte history and any history of blood loss per rectum
