Painful Flesh Lump At Anal Opening
It's been 3 weeks I am noticing a Painful Flesh Lump At My Anal Opening, it grew like a very tiny piece of flesh but now it has grown to a size of Greet Pea. After Defecation I like someone has cut my Anal Opening for about an hour or two. Can Anyone Advise me is it Fissure/Fistula or something else and what treatment should I go for. It has never caused me blood, No Hard Node is felt, Only Hard Flesh Like It Appears.

It could be anal cyst or thrombosed piles.
Pl consult a General Surgeon for needful.
