Piles problem

My wife is having pain during and after doing stool. As far as I have searched seems like she is having symptoms of piles. Kindly help me out she is having so much pain..

Theses can be piles or fissuresthe treatment varries a bit for these two. But these symptoms can be easily handled I need proper history n in my opinion she will feel better on day one itself. Feel free to contact anytime
