Piles problem

I have irregular lifestyle as m cabin crew because of which i have indigestion, constipation, gastric problems ( this problems are from last 5 yrs appro.) and started piles pain and difficulty in passing stool ( 4 mnths). Apart from this ,i don't other issues or no medication going on. I have taken 1st dose of covid-19 vaccination
