I am 8month pregnant & suffering from piles last month.i am taking all precautions still no improvement and also facing vaginal joint pain,  consult my gyno. She said - operation he karna padega piles ka abhi karwa lo chahe delivery k bad... I am worried ki normal delivery m problem to nhi hogi na..pls advise m kya karu..
