Surgery for fistula is not a successful treatment. There is about 15--20 % recurrence after surgery for Fistula. Only medicines will not be helpful whether allopathic/ homeopathic or Ayurvedic. You need to undergo Ksharsutra treatment which is a fool proof treatment for Fistula. Indian Council for Medical Research has conducted clinical trials in AIIMS Delhi; PGI chandigarh etc. to compare effectiveness of Surgery and ksharsutra in anal fistula and concluded that Ksharsutra treatment is more effective and convenient as compared to surgery in anal fistula patients. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can join your office on very same day of Ksharsutra treatment. No recurrence is there after Ksharsutra treatment . So without a second thought you should go for Graded Ksharsutra treatment for fistula. For further information visit: http://ayurcure.com/fistula-treatment.aspx
