It is a sentinel pile. It doesn't need treatment. That pink thing is fissure in ano.

Fissure it is Follow this High fiber diet Plenty of water Warm sitz bath Syup duphalac 3 tsp in the night Lignocaine jelly application twice a day Do all this for 10 days
