I have chronic constipation and 2 months back my ano was itching and I had one lump / tag before that so thought it's piles and started taking arshkalp vati after few weeks I noticed red stool while bowel movement and it used to occur occasionally but it didn't cause pain . But from past 5 days I am having intense buring sensation during and after bowel movement it stays for 4-5 hours Then I applied Cremagel on it and started taking diet seriously and  the burning sensation is not there but bleeding( in stool not as flow) still occur . Kindly suggest me medications to get rid of it

It will be better if you physically consult a surgeon, and get yourself checked. You might be having Piles, alongside fissure in ano with sentinel pile. There should not be any constipation. Start taking laxatives also.
