you seen to have a fissure problem.
here are a few things that you can do.
1. drink lots of water and start your day with a glass of Luke warm water.
2. have high fiber foods avoid maida and other refined things.
3. avoid oily and spicy foods. don't even think about eating green chillies.
4. quit smoking and drinking.
5. lose weight if you are overweight.
6. do sitz bath when ever you get pain.
and most importantly, consult a general surgeon ASAP.
