Bleeding, burning and pain is there form past 3 days . Looking for permanent treatment I am using pilex ointment And sitting in mild hot water with dettol O

Burning and pain are more suggestive of on Anal Fissure rather than Piles. In case you suffer from constipation/hard stools, that problem will also need to be addressed. You may try to incorporate more fiber in your diet and increase your water in take. In case the condition does not subside, kindly consult a Proctologist.
