Hello and welcome to Practo.
I understand your concern and will definitely help you with it.
Don't worry, Around 75 percent people suffer from haemorrhoids at some point of life. Most of the times it just appears worse that it actually is.
Early hemorrhoids(initial grade) can be treated by healthy bowel habits and healthy diet.
What you should aim is to get rid of constipation and maintain healthy bowel habit.
Don't strain, always respond to natures call.
Don't sit in toilet for long hours.
Increase dietery fibre in your meals if you are constipated. Soluble fibre in banana, papaya mango etc helps.
Take a sitz bath as your haemorrhoid is external and painful. (watch a YouTube video on how to do it)
Use an ointment (like shield ointment) containing phenylephrine, allantoin, hydrocortisone 30 minutes before bowel movement. it will reduce pain and swelling.
Walk for atleast 30 minutes regularly. it will help.
Take care.
