Hello there. I can understand your concern. It surely does look like it but I wouldn't still say it is piles(haemorrhoids) without examining in person. I would suggest you to consult a general Surgeon in person. Let him perform a examination on you, then he will tell you if it's piles, what kind of piles etc. Have a high fiber food.
