Hello I am have piles which is bleeding from last week's I am taking Dobimust and tranexamic acid Can you please suggest something better then this

Have to know if got infected...and should take antibiotics based on that U will require surgery if the problem persists even after taking ur meds.can contact me to get your diagnosis better.hope this helps

High fibre diet plenty of water active exercise avoiding constipation These are the main factore to keep haemorhoids under control. Apart from these ointments, tablets. If bleeding is worse i would suggest surgical intervention depending on the grade.

Get your hb checked first If it is bleeding piles And add Antibiotic ,anti-inflammatory , Keritin c. Laxative Bleeding piles can cause severe anaemia
