Having itching and severe pain after stool in rectum area. Problem is nearly 4 mnths old. Want treatment by laser threapy

hello, this type of symptoms are usually associated with fissure. the first line of treatment for it is high fibre diet, plenty of liquids daily and a stool softener like isapghul powder at night.
