Piles and acidity

Hello sir I have been suffering from acidity as well as piles for quite a few years. As soon as I eat even a little bit of oily food like namkeen ,samosa and other items I feel like heavy acidity. Moreover after eating outside even if it less  spicy food ,I feel uncomfortable while passing stool in the morning. A swelling comes at that point. I have been suffering this for more than 5 years.i have tried ayurvedic tablets of many company like Himalaya and all but no vain. Kindly help.

Ok. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of fluid Do regular exercise Take an antacid tablet before food.
