1).Lignocaine gel 2% to be applied locally around anus before passing stool 2). Diltiagesic cream - twice a day around anus 3. Syrup lactulose 10ml twice a day-5 days 4). Sitz bath with salt in a bucket of Luke warm water- 2 times a day
