Pigmentation on nose and cheeks

Hi, As per pics Black spot/ pigmentation on cheeks, nose and upper lip, these appeared from last 4-5 months....changes in mensuration from last 6-7 months as flow is more and I feel weak and tired at that time... Is there any cream or medicine to solve this pigmentation issue. Thanks in advance Babita
