Basically I need help I dnt know wat is it bt these are dark small spots on my face ..u can check the he images these r not fragiles bt sumthn which might spread in future dis is inside my skin I drink 3 ltr water n a day & have a Healthy lifestyle still I have these spots on my face.Can it be recovered???kindly find the attachment of the images. Can u pls suggest me something?where you think it's recoverable?
