I have tried Tretin/ Glyco 6/ Kojiglo gold/ Biluma (advised by doctors) for dark patches on armpits. I have got some result, but not completely. Is it possible to get my normal skin tone there by any other medicine or procedure like laser?

Dark patches in the armpits can be stubborn and may improve gradually with consistent treatment. Topical agents like tretinoin and kojic acid help, but sometimes additional procedures like laser therapy or chemical peels can speed up results. A detailed evaluation is essential to confirm the cause (like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or acanthosis nigricans) and recommend the safest, most effective approach. An online consult will help me tailor this for you. 🩺 – Dr. Silky Priya Consultant Dermatologist, Silky Skin Solutions, Pune Available for online consults via Practo

Have you tried finding out the cause for it before using the products? The right approach is diagnosis first and then possible treatments
