I was diagnosed with PID and cervicitis in 2023(only had a discharge history), and I have consulted more than six gynecologists. All of them prescribed antibiotics, but every time I get an ultrasound, it still shows mild free fluid. However, when gynecologists examine me, they say it is just healthy discharge. Now, I am scheduled for a C-section at the end of this month. If I still have PID, will it cause any complications during the delivery?
