Physiological problem

I am unable to behave with people as I want to behave . And it affect me from all aspects of life. It completely destroyed my carrier and relationships with other. For example - I got mouth watering whenever I go to it in restaurants and I am unable to talk with friends. I know I should not do it but I am unable to control me.... please help me .
