Upon waking take overnight soaked nuts ( all variety ) and dry fruits along with the soaked water..
Can consume fresh dates and bananas, nuts or raisins when you feel more weak and rest for sometime....these helps you with providing instant energy..and recharge you fast ..
Even low sodium levels make one feel very weak, low , exhausted and tired..
So as and when you feel very low and weak you may/ can have a glass of water with a pinch of iodized salt and a tea spoon of
sugar into it..it also makes you charged up instantaneously..as the electrolyte imbalance may be corrected and you may have that feel good factor within you..
You can take this if you don't have any bp issue..
Foods like sweet potato kheer , banana almond milk shake and normal kheer with nuts and dry fruits , iodized salt can be consumed liberally and adequately especially as and when you feel weak..
These can be taken in the evenings also ...and if you can do ..you can perform some kind of physical activities also ...if body permits..and have rice and rice based items for dinner...
Take early dinner if possible by 7 or 7:30 pm...
Have a good quality and quantity based breakfast and lunch with all the items..and don't skip breakfast as breakfast is the first meal of the day and quite an important one which offers you with good energy levels for the rest of the day..
So never miss out on breakfast..
