No.. in most of cases it does not required.. they might ask you about some blood test if they have doubts regarding organic cause; usually hypertension, diabetes, cardiac problems should be ruled out…But in most of cases physical examination does not required..
Considering your age, mostly you won’t have any organic cause.. so normal history taking will be done followed by prescription of some medication and exercise for it..
